Terms of Service

By accessing the KeyFrame ecosystem or purchasing our digital assets, you agree to adhere to the following Terms of Service. Please read these deployment protocols carefully before initializing your purchase.

1.0 License Grant

• Single-Use License: Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the KeyFrame template for one (1) project, either personal or commercial.

• Scope: You are permitted to modify the design, layout, and CMS structure to fit your specific agency needs.

2.0 Usage Restrictions

• No Redistribution: You are strictly prohibited from reselling, sub-licensing, or redistributing the KeyFrame template (or its individual components, prompts, and assets) in any marketplace or as a standalone product.

• No "Cloning" for Resale: You cannot create "derivative" templates based on the KeyFrame architecture to sell as your own work.

• Educational Content: If you purchase the Masterclass or Toolkit, the content is for your personal professional development only. Sharing access credentials or recording the material for distribution is a violation of this protocol.

3.0 Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All design elements, custom code, UI/UX structures, and creative assets within KeyFrame remain the exclusive property of the creator.

• Attribution: While not mandatory in your final live site, we appreciate keeping the "Design by KeyFrame" credit in the site metadata or footer where possible.

4.0 Payments & Refunds

• Digital Nature: Due to the nature of digital products (Framer templates and downloadable assets), all sales are final. Once the "Uplink" is established and the file is transferred to your Framer account, we cannot offer refunds.

• Discounts: Founder’s discounts and early-access pricing are one-time offers and cannot be combined with other promotions.

5.0 Liability & Warranty

• "As-Is" Deployment: KeyFrame is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for 100% technical optimization, we do not guarantee that the template will be compatible with all future third-party plugins or browser updates beyond our control.

• No Earnings Guarantee: We provide the tools for agency success, but we do not guarantee specific financial results or client acquisitions through the use of this template.

6.0 Termination of License

Violation of any terms in Section 2.0 will result in the immediate termination of your license without refund. We reserve the right to request the removal of any live site found to be in violation of these protocols.

7.0 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the creator operates (Santa Cruz, BO). Any disputes will be handled within this legal framework.

8.0 Technical Support

Official support is limited to the functionality of the original template. Custom modifications made by the user that break the site's logic are not covered under standard support protocols.
