The Challenge
Capturing the massive scale of the city while maintaining a personal, human narrative. We needed to avoid a "travel vlog" look and aim for a high-end cinematic documentary style.
The Execution
Heavy use of anamorphic lenses and an "industrial" color grade. The narrative was built around field recordings of ambient city noise integrated into the original score.
